Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets by planning and increasing product sales.
- Find new customers and develop business in the steel, cement, foundry, power, and other industries.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and provide timely support.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and confirm customer orders.
- Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and dispatch teams for on-time delivery.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and recommend suitable refractory products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, resolve customer complaints, and participate in customer meetings and business development activities.
