Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment, lead hiring strategies, and drive talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to handle high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet business goals
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent
- Drive bulk hiring / lateral hiring across functions
- Ensure strong candidate experience and employer branding
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire)
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn,



job portals, referrals, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and processes

Key Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Proven experience in team handling and stakeholder management
- Strong expertise in end-to-end hiring and sourcing strategies
- Experience in high-volume or bulk hiring is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment

- Experience with ATS/CRM tools
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment
