Salary: ₹18,000 / month + Sales Incentives

About the Role

Spiegler is looking for a reliable, multi-talented Accountant cum Customer Sales Executive to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is organized with numbers, skilled in billing/operations, and confident in handling customer interactions and closing sales in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounts & Operational Duties

- Accounting & Billing: Manage day-to-day accounts, maintain ledger entries, and generate accurate bills/invoices.
- Quotations: Draft and send detailed price quotations to prospective and existing clients.
- Production Coordination: Add confirmed work orders to job cards and coordinate with the production team for timely completion.
- Payment Follow-ups: Track payment schedules and regularly follow up with customers for outstanding balances.

2. Sales & Customer Support Duties

- Showroom Sales: Welcome walk-in customers, present our product lineup, discuss pricing, and assist them in making purchasing decisions.
- Customer Communication:



Call customers to update them when their orders/products are ready for dispatch or pickup.
- Relationship Management: Build solid rapport with clients to drive repeat business and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Prior experience in basic accounting, billing software, and customer-facing/sales roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills (in-person and over the phone).
- Key Traits: Detail-oriented, strong multi-tasking abilities, customer-friendly demeanor, and highly organized.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month
- Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives
