An MST (Multi-Skilled Technician) is a hands-on facility maintenance professional responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems . They perform preventive maintenance, handle breakdown repairs, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently across commercial, industrial, or residential sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on lighting, wiring, pumps, motors, generators, and AC/cooling appliances.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix equipment faults rapidly to minimize downtime.
- Multidisciplinary Work: Handle basic civil, carpentry, and plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks and blockages).
- Monitoring: Record utility parameters, log equipment health,



and report malfunctions to supervisors.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety protocols, utilize PPE, and adhere to environmental and building regulations.

Typical Requirements

- Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing trades.
- Experience: Usually requires 1 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance or plant operations.
- Skills: Strong multitasking ability, technical troubleshooting skills, and physical fitness.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
