Job Description: Chief Finance Controller / CFO

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and trustworthy finance leader to manage end-to-end financial operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional (including semi-retired/retired experts) who can bring maturity, stability, and robust financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee end-to-end finance & accounts function

· Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

· Ensure taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness

· Manage investment planning & investor relations

· Drive financial governance, risk management & internal controls

· Strengthen financial systems, processes, and reporting

· Act as a strategic advisor to leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

· Experience as CFO / Finance Controller / Head of Finance





· Qualification: CA / Cost Accountant

· MBA only if from IIM (exception)

· Must have strong, proven hands-on experience in finance leadership, taxation, and compliance

· Strong exposure to taxation, audits, compliance, investment handling & investor relations

· High level of ownership, integrity, and trustworthiness

· Good Communication Skills

Strict Filters

· No general MBA candidates (unless from IIM)

· No purely theoretical profiles (must have hands-on experience)

Preferred Profiles

·· Candidates with strong stability and long-term mindset

· Experience across industries is welcome

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
