We are looking for a qualified and student-oriented Academic Assistant (UPSC Category) who can guide aspirants in selecting the right courses, study plans, and preparation paths. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a clear understanding of the UPSC exam pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel UPSC aspirants regarding courses, study planning, mentorship programs, and exam strategies.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable batches (Prelims, Mains, Optional).
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups professionally.
- Explain course structure, faculty details, class schedules, and institute policies.
- Maintain student records, manage admissions, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Guide students on basics of UPSC process: Prelims, Mains, Interview, and Optional
- selection.
Experience Preferred From 6 months to 1 year
