Johns Honda is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Branch Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to strengthen customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will oversee all customer engagement activities, manage customer feedback and complaints, coordinate with sales and service teams, and implement initiatives to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers to ensure a positive dealership experience.
- Manage customer satisfaction initiatives across vehicle sales, service, and spare parts departments.
- Conduct post-sales and post-service follow-up calls to collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, investigate issues, and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant departments.
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and implement action plans to improve customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.




- Plan and execute customer retention programs, loyalty initiatives, and engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate service reminders, insurance renewal reminders, and promotional communications.
- Analyze customer feedback, prepare CRM performance reports, and present improvement recommendations to management.
- Work closely with Sales, Service, and Spare Parts teams to ensure seamless customer support.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, Honda customer service standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Organize customer events, awareness programs, and promotional activities to strengthen customer engagement.
- Train and guide frontline staff on customer service best practices and effective communication.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, customer service, or dealership operations

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
