Role Overview

We're looking for a seasoned Big Data Architect to lead the design of scalable, cloud-native data platforms that power enterprise analytics and decision-making. In this role, you'll own the data architecture strategy end-to-end — from designing high-performance pipelines to enabling advanced analytics — working closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to turn data into a strategic asset.

What You'll Do

- Define and drive enterprise data architecture strategy using Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Architect large-scale, high-volume data products and distributed data systems
- Design and implement Data Mesh architecture for decentralized, domain-oriented data ownership
- Build and optimize real-time streaming architectures that scale reliably under high throughput
- Own application deployment, hosting, and orchestration using Kubernetes
- Champion DataOps practices to drive continuous architectural improvement and automation
- Create and maintain the Architectural Runway and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
- Design secure, resilient CI/CD pipelines tailored to data engineering workflows
- Embed quality, security, and governance standards from the earliest stages of architecture
- Partner with engineering, analytics,



and business teams to deliver scalable, business-aligned data solutions

What You Bring

- 15+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in a dedicated Architect role
- Proven track record designing enterprise-grade Big Data and analytics solutions
- Hands-on expertise building data products and large-scale distributed data systems
- Practical experience implementing Data Mesh architecture and modern data ecosystems
- Solid command of real-time data streaming architecture and design patterns
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience for deployment and container orchestration
- A DataOps mindset — automation-first, with a focus on continuous evolution
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines specifically for data engineering workflows
- Working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced enterprise settings

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,200,000.00 per year
