We are building a hotel driven by strong operations, disciplined workforce management, and consistent guest experience—and assembling a high-performance team from day one.

Position: HR Manager – Workforce Management

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused professional to manage staff attendance, deployment, and operational discipline across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee complete workforce management for the hotel
- Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, and punctuality
- Manage shift planning & staff deployment
- Ensure optimum manpower utilization
- Maintain attendance, leave tracking & reporting
- Coordinate with HODs for staffing requirements
- Control overtime, shortages & idle manpower




- Enforce discipline and workplace standards

Requirements

- 1–5 years experience in HR / Admin (hospitality preferred)
- Strong expertise in attendance systems & rostering
- Proficient in Excel & reporting
- Strong, disciplined, and execution-driven personality
