Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

* Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

* Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

* Meet hiring targets within the defined timelines.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong sourcing and screening abilities.

* Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple openings simultaneously.
