1. Assist in preparing and managing the technology department's budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
2. Conduct thorough budget analysis to track expenditures, forecast future costs, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support budget planning cycles.
4. Prepare and present financial reports and insights to the CTO to aid in decision-making.
5. Monitor and reconcile budget variances, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
6. Support the implementation of budgeting tools and financial tracking systems.
7. Participate in audits and contribute to improving internal financial controls related to tech expenses
