Eligibility:

B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (CS, IT, E&TC;, Electrical) or any relevant technical degree

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Software Product Development or Technical Support

Excellent English communication (written & verbal)

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of any programming language (Java, .NET, PHP, Python, etc.)
- Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs, and Front-end
- Knowledge of API calling and client-server communication
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Resolve technical issues for developers and merchants
- Support API integration and product configuration
- Assist in merchant onboarding and account setup
- Troubleshoot connectivity, networking, and integration issues
- Coordinate with internal teams and communicate live issues
