We are seeking a creative, articulate, and versatile Content Writer & Presenter to become a key voice and face of our brand. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle: researching and writing high-quality, engaging scripts, articles, or social copy, and then stepping in front of the camera (or microphone) to present that content to our audience.

The ideal candidate is a master storyteller who loves the deep-focus work of writing but feels equally energized, charismatic, and natural when presenting video content, hosting webinars, or recording podcasts.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation & Writing: Research, pitch, and write highly engaging scripts for video (YouTube, TikTok/Reels, training modules), podcast episodes, long-form blog posts, and marketing copy.
- On-Camera Presentation: Act as the primary on-camera host/talent for our multimedia channels. Deliver scripts naturally, ensuring a charismatic, professional, and brand-aligned tone.
- Hosting & Live Events: Host live streams, webinars, Q&A; sessions, or virtual/in-person workshops, interacting smoothly with live audiences and interviewing guest speakers.
- Collaboration & Storyboarding: Work alongside video editors, graphic designers, and social media managers to storyboard concepts, review rough cuts, and ensure visual assets align with the written script.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, feedback, and engagement metrics to understand what content resonates, adjusting writing styles and delivery to better connect with our community.




- Content Optimization: Adapt and repurpose single pieces of content across multiple formats (e.g., turning a written article into a 60-second short-form video script).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Portfolio/Reel Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating both published written content (articles, scripts, or essays) and a video showreel demonstrating on-camera presence, clarity, and pacing.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in content creation, journalism, digital marketing, broadcasting, or acting/hosting.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Ability to write clean, explicit, and compelling copy under tight deadlines. Adept at breaking down complex topics into digestible, entertaining formats.
- Natural Screen Presence: Strong public speaking, presentation, and vocal delivery skills. Comfort with teleprompters, live ad-libbing, and maintaining high energy on camera.
- Adaptability: Ability to effortlessly shift tones—from highly professional and authoritative to casual and conversational—depending on the platform and target audience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic understanding of video production workflow, including lighting, framing, and basic microphone placement.
- Familiarity with SEO principles for written content and video platforms (like YouTube optimization).
- Experience with social media video trends, particularly vertical video formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
