1. Customer Service
- Greet customers and assist with queries
- Help customers locate products
- Handle complaints politely and escalate when needed
2. Billing & Cash Handling
- Operate POS (billing system)
- Scan items and generate bills
- Handle cash, UPI, card payments accurately
- Maintain daily cash balance
3. Product Handling
- Stock shelves and refill items
- Ensure proper product display (FIFO method)
- Check expiry dates and remove damaged goods
4. Store Maintenance
- Keep store clean and organized
- Maintain hygiene standards
- Ensure aisles are clutter-free
5. Inventory Support
- Assist in stock counting
- Report low stock to supervisor
- Support inward/outward stock activities
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
