Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities. The candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and specifications
- Monitor labor productivity and manage site workforce
- Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors
- Track project progress and report updates to management
- Manage material usage and ensure timely availability of resources




- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction/site supervision
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Solid communication and team management skills
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in commercial construction projects

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
