Operation Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing teams, ensuring quality standards, optimizing resources, and achieving business objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage daily operational activities.
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Develop operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, procurement, HR, and finance departments.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to senior management.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services while maintaining quality standards.




- Resolve operational issues and customer escalations effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certification is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in operations or manufacturing management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Robust communication and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
