Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support & Monitoring Executive to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for providing basic technical support, monitoring systems and applications, resolving first-level IT issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with initial experience in IT support and system monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor IT systems, servers, networks, and applications for performance and availability.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printer, email, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic desktop, laptop, and connectivity problems.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior IT team members or vendors.
- Maintain records of incidents, service requests, and resolutions.
- Assist in installation and configuration of systems, software, and peripherals.
- Monitor alerts and respond promptly to system downtime or failures.
- Support employee onboarding by setting up systems, email IDs, and access permissions.
- Ensure timely updates of antivirus, operating systems,



and software patches.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and internet troubleshooting.
- Understanding of IT monitoring tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts or rotational monitoring schedules, if required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or hardware/networking certifications will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹340,000.00 per year
