Job Description:
M/s Shivaay is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented US Accounting & Bookkeeping Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, payouts, and taxation rules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Handle US-based financial records and transactions
- Process payouts and maintain accurate financial data
- Ensure compliance with US taxation rules and regulations
- Reconcile accounts and maintain financial statements
- Coordinate with clients and understand their accounting requirements
- Prepare basic financial reports and documentation

Requirements:





- Good knowledge of US accounting and bookkeeping
- Understanding of payouts and US taxation rules
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to handle client requirements efficiently
