- Delivery :Pick up and deliver packages to customers, ensuring they arrive safely and on time.
- Route Planning:Plan efficient delivery routes to save time and reduce fuel consumption.
- Vehicle Maintenance:Keep delivery vehicles clean and in good working condition, performing basic maintenance checks.
- Customer Service:Interact courteously with customers, provide accurate order information, and resolve any issues or questions that arise.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, maintain records of customer interactions.
- Payment & Verification:Collect cash payments from customers if required and verify order accuracy.
- Safety & Compliance:Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and handle products with care to prevent damage.
- Reporting:Report any problems, accidents, or discrepancies encountered during deliveries to a supervisor.
