About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing life sciences and biotechnology team. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals with a strong academic foundation in Biotechnology and related life science disciplines who are interested in building a career in field sales, customer engagement, and solution-based selling.

You will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the growth of our solutions across pharmaceutical, biotech, and research organizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories

2. Visit customers across Pharma, Biotech, CROs, and Research Institutions

3. Promote and sell company products and solutions through professional presentations

4. Understand customer needs and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions

5. Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and support the closure of sales

6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities (CRM)

7. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and product training programs

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Educational Background & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

Biotechnology, Life Sciences / Biochemistry / Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences or related scientific disciplines

2. Freshers are welcome (internships, academic projects, or laboratory exposure will be an added advantage)

3. Basic understanding of laboratory techniques, microbiology workflows, genomics, and biotech/pharma environments

4. Strong communication and presentation skills

5. Willingness to travel within assigned territory

6. Interest in sales, customer engagement, and solution-based selling
