We are looking for an energetic, resourceful, and execution-focused Program Operations Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur. Role Summary

The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive onboarding and training on the organization's digital platform and operational processes. The role primarily focuses on supporting Special Educators (SEs), strengthening stakeholder coordination, and ensuring efficient implementation of field-based project activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits across Jaipur and nearby locations to monitor and support program implementation.
- Learn and effectively utilize the organization's digital application and operational tools.




- Facilitate training and provide ongoing support to Special Educators (SEs) on platform usage and project workflows.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with educators, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Address operational challenges in the field through practical problem-solving and timely coordination.
- Ensure project milestones and field activities are completed within established timelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate field records, reports, and implementation updates.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to support seamless project execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
