About Position:

We are looking for a highly experienced DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in AWS Cloud, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Site Reliability Engineering practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable environments for enterprise applications.

What You'll Do:

- Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for enterprise applications.
- Deploy and manage AWS environments and cloud resources to support customer onboarding and business growth.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated provisioning and infrastructure management.
- Configure, administer, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications.




- Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, reliability, and security across cloud environments.
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve operational excellence and system resilience.
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to streamline CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across development, staging, and production environments.
- Implement cloud security best practices, compliance standards, governance policies, and access controls.
- Drive performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery, backup, and incident management initiatives.
- Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in on-call support and critical incident resolution activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure Management, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, Route 53, Auto Scaling, and Load Balancers.
- Extensive experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes administration, deployment, and container orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Solid understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, monitoring, observability, incident management, and reliability practices.
- Experience designing and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of cloud networking concepts including VPCs, Subnets, Routing, DNS, Security Groups, and Load Balancing.
- Experience with cloud security, governance, compliance,



disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
- Solid troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Excellent customer-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and collaborate with global teams.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings and support customer engagements.
- Experience with cloud migration and transformation programs.
- Exposure to enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.
- Experience with compliance frameworks and governance standards.
- Advanced automation and scripting skills.
- Experience working in customer-facing and consulting environments.
