- Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences, budget, and occasion to recommend suitable jewellery.
- Explain product features, including 925 sterling silver, certified gemstones, craftsmanship, and authenticity.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling and upselling.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Assist customers with product selection, gift recommendations, and styling suggestions.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions accurately.
- Ensure jewellery displays are clean, attractive, and organized according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory checks.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, returns, and after-sales service professionally.
- Stay updated on recent collections, promotions, offers, and jewellery trends.
- Follow showroom policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines
