Role & Responsibilities:

- Tooling Management:

- Ensure tooling activities, including tool design, development, procurement, andmaintenance.- Ensure effective tool management, including tool inventory, storage, and disposal.

- Costing and Budgeting:

- Estimate and control tooling costs, including material, labor, and overheads.- Develop and manage tooling budgets, ensuring alignment with production requirementsand cost targets.

- Speed and Feed Knowledge:

- Have expertise in determining optimal cutting speeds and feed rates for variousmaterials and tooling applications.- Understand the impact of speed and feed on tool life, surface finish, and productivity

- Fixture Management and validation:

- Ensure fixture design, development, procurement,



and maintenance.- Ensure fixture inventory is accurate and up to date.- Insure with new product development fixture activities.Team Leadership:- Lead and supervise a team of tooling technicians and assistants.- Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure team members meet performanceexpectations.

- Tooling Maintenance and Repair:

- Ensure tool maintenance, repair, and calibration to ensure optimal performance.- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.Production Support:- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve tooling-related issues.- Provide technical support to production teams on tooling-related matters.

- Quality and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations, industry standards, andcompany policies.- Identify and report any quality or safety concerns.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
