Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with an Electrical Engineering background to manage procurement activities for electrical materials, components, and services. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor management, procurement planning, purchase order processing, negotiation, and timely material procurement to support production and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement of electrical materials, switchgear components, and industrial consumables.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop current vendors for cost-effective sourcing.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) as per approved purchase requisitions.
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms,



and commercial conditions.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Planning, and Engineering departments for procurement requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor order status and maintain procurement schedules.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and quality standards.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
- Resolve issues related to shortages, quality, delayed deliveries, and supplier performance.
- Conduct market research for new products, alternate suppliers, and cost optimization.
- Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and avoiding excess inventory.
- Prepare procurement reports, MIS, and vendor performance analysis.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
