Roles & Responsibility

Position: Manager – HR Location: Mumbai – Goregaon East • Business Partnership: Collaborate with Operations leaders to understand business needs and deliver solutions to people. Partner on org design, workforce planning, and succession planning for critical roles. • Performance Management: Facilitate the performance review process and support managers in feedback and development planning. Coach managers on performance issues, improvement plans, and corrective action when needed. • Talent Development: Work with L&D; teams to identify skill gaps and coordinate learning programs. Support leadership development initiatives and high-potential talent identification. • HR Operations & Compliance:



Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to. Collaborate with payroll, compliance, and HR Ops for seamless employee lifecycle processes. • Data & Analytics: Monitor HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, etc.) and provide actionable insights. Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or (Master’s in HR or related field preferred). • 4–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role. • Strong knowledge of HR Analytics, HR Operations and employee engagement strategies. • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and influencing skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
