JOB DESCRIPTION: TELECALLER SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with potential clients over calls, and have a professional and customer-focused approach. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to communicate with potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about the company's services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain proper communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM or internal databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to ensure a smooth customer experience.




- Represent the company in a skilled and courteous manner during all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English .
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Good listening and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jhalana Doongri, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
