About Us:
KIDSS TALK is a premium baby and kidswear retail brand with a growing presence across Tamil Nadu. We're looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to strengthen our customer relationships and drive repeat engagement through structured calling and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study existing customer and call data thoroughly before initiating outreach
- Set up and continuously refine the CRM calling workflow for maximum effectiveness
- Make tele-calling follow-ups with customers
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM portal
- Send WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS campaigns
- Filter and segment CRM data as per requirements
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience
- Use AI tools to analyze customer data, personalize outreach, and improve calling efficiency
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to align calling campaigns with business goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in tele-calling, BPO, or CRM roles preferred
- Fluent in Tamil and English (spoken and written)
- Patient, process-driven, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Clear, pleasant, and confident communication style
- Solid listening skills with the ability to handle rejection positively and professionally
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., for customer insights, call scripting, data analysis) to work smarter
Preferred Experience: Minimum one year in tele-calling, customer service, or CRM-related roles
Freshers with basic CRM/communication knowledge
Candidates with retail, customer service, or marketing experience
