- - Education MBA (HR)/MILS Graduate/Masters or Diploma in Labour Laws/NIPM Graduate
- Years of experience - Minimum 6 years of experience in handling statutory compliances
- Job Description :

- 1. Liaisoning with PF/ESIC/PT/LWF/Labour/Wage authorities PAN India.

- 2. Handling of PF/ESI/PT/LWF /Labour Authority inspections independently.

- 3. Compliance and closure of notices received from Statutory Authorities.

- 4. Registration & Licenses (New/Renewal/Amendment) under PF/ESI/BOCW/CLRA Acts.

- 5. Responsible for timely statutory payments towards ESIC, PF., Professional Tax, L.W.F, Maternity benefit returns, other compliances, payments towards half yearly CLA, annual returns towards.

- 6. Preparations of Advocate briefs related to labour cases including relevant documentations

- 7. Attending the court cases on behalf of the Company and its timely proper closure

- 8. Working knowledge of drafting warning letters, show causes, charge sheets and conducting domestic enquiries.

- 9. Attending to legal notices and its immediate reply in consultation with Company legal department/Advocates.

- 10. Any other work assigned by the Company.

Excellent Knowledge of labour laws

- 12. Expertise in handling statutory compliances and statutory inspections

- 13. Through knowledge in statutory remittances

- 14. Excellent knowledge of Labour laws pertaining to Infrastructure & Service Industry.

- 15. Robust organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a great attention to detail.

- 16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
