Position

Marketing Executive (Building Materials Sales)

Job Responsibilities

- Generate recent leads within the assigned territory.
- Visit contractors, builders, architects, interior designers, and construction sites.
- Convert leads into sales and build long-term customer relationships.
- Promote and sell building materials including:
- Paints
- CP Fittings & Sanitaryware
- Cement
- TMT Steel
- Plumbing Materials
- Hardware and other construction products
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Maintain daily visit reports and customer records.

Requirements

- Prior knowledge of building materials is mandatory.




- Experience in marketing or sales of construction/building materials preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Candidate should reside within an 8 km radius of the shop.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Working Hours

- Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
