We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately manage and maintain business data across various systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, robust attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of data while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in ERP systems and Excel sheets with high accuracy.
Verify and correct data before entering it into the system.
Prepare, sort, and organize documents for data entry.
Maintain product, inventory, pricing, and order-related records.
Generate reports and MIS as required by the management.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update required information.
Perform regular data validation and identify discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
Follow company SOPs and maintain confidentiality of business information.
Required Skills
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas preferred).
Basic knowledge of ERP software is an advantage.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator, Back Office Executive, or MIS Executive.
Experience in Retail, Apparel, or E-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with ERP systems.
Knowledge of inventory, product master, or order management data.
Ability to prepare daily and weekly reports.
Basic understanding of retail and e-commerce operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
