Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to be the first point of contact for families and clients reaching out to our Foundation. This role involves handling enquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate elder care. Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer/client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person where required
- Provide clear, accurate information about our services and facilities
- Address and resolve complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams (care staff, admin) to ensure timely resolution of issues




- Build and maintain strong relationships with families and clients
- Support day-to-day front-office/customer service operations as needed

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is a plus)
- Freshers welcome — no prior experience required
- Basic computer/mobile literacy for maintaining records
- Polite, patient, and empathetic personality — comfortable interacting with elderly individuals and their families
- Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
