Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Expert to lead the design experience for web and mobile applications across multiple global client projects and product initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user experience strategy, modern UI systems, and AI-driven product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
- Convert business requirements and wireframes into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs
- Build scalable design systems and reusable UI components
- Collaborate closely with developers for design handoff, specifications, and design QA
- Conduct usability improvements and UX research activities
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
- Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and design presentations with global clients

Mandatory Skills

- Advanced expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, design systems)
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and interaction design




- Experience in responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
- Strong knowledge of design systems and reusable component architecture
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) – mandatory
- Confidence in client calls, stakeholder discussions, and design presentations
- Expertise in AI/ML product workflows and AI-driven UX patterns

Preferred / Good to Have

- Experience designing Websites, Mobile Apps, SaaS platforms, or enterprise products
- Experience with Wix Studio, Webflow, or WordPress-based projects
- Experience designing enterprise dashboards and data-heavy systems
- Familiarity with AI-powered products, conversational UI, automation platforms, or analytics dashboards
- Understanding of modern AI user experiences, intelligent workflows, and data visualization concepts
