About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Food Microbiologist to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be the primary line of defense against microbial contamination. You will conduct routine testing, investigate contamination issues, and ensure our food products are both safe and compliant with government and international regulatory standards.

Core Responsibilities

- Microbiological Testing: Conduct routine sampling and testing of raw materials, environmental swabs, in-process goods, and final products for pathogens (e.g., Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria).
- Media & Reagents: Prepare, sterilize, and standardize culture media, reagents, and solutions required for accurate microbial analysis.
- Contamination Control: Monitor the production environment, perform root-cause analysis for contamination events, and recommend corrective actions.
- Process & Hygiene Audits:



Routinely inspect production and packaging areas to ensure strict adherence to sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPs).
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all laboratory work strictly complies with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and ISO standards. Maintain immaculate documentation and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
- Equipment Calibration: Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g., incubators, autoclaves, laminar flow hoods) to ensure optimal performance.
- Shelf-Life Studies: Design and execute stability and shelf-life studies for recent and existing product lines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
