Key Responsibilities:

· Production Execution:

Oversee the execution of production plans using pre-approved procedures, protocols, and manufacturing records.

· Compliance:

Ensure adherence to cGMP and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) norms.

· Supervision:

Supervise and coordinate production activities, including managing available resources to achieve production targets.

· Quality Control:

Maintain standard process parameters as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and other supporting documents to achieve quality and maintain compliance.

· Documentation:

Prepare and maintain documentation, including BMRs and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs).

· GMP Compliance:

Ensure and maintain cGMP in the plant, including raw material dispensing, weighing balance calibration, and cleaning activities.

· Change Control:





Initiate and manage change control procedures.

· Training:

Train production personnel on cGMP trends, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Manpower Management:

Maintain an optimum level of manpower and overtime, and oversee manpower development for quality, productivity, and cost consciousness.

· Deviation Handling:

Responsible for handling deviations, change control, and investigation reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
