About A Green Door

A Green Door is a design and execution firm specializing in premium residential, commercial, retail, and office interior fit-out projects. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor who can take ownership of on-site execution, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out and civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and submit daily site updates with photographs.
- Check dimensions, levels, and workmanship during all stages of execution.
- Coordinate carpentry, false ceiling, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, glazing, and finishing works.
- Plan and monitor material requirements to avoid delays and wastage.
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and proper housekeeping.
- Assist in quantity measurements, snag list preparation, and project handover.
- Identify site issues proactively and coordinate with the Project Engineer to resolve them efficiently.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out,



commercial, residential, or civil construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
- Good understanding of construction sequencing, finishing works, quality control, and site coordination.
- Basic knowledge of BOQs, quantity measurements, and material estimation will be an advantage.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Microsoft Excel for reporting.
