JOB OPENING: Pediatrician (MD)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Pediatrician to provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents. The Pediatrician will diagnose and treat a wide range of childhood illnesses, monitor growth and development, provide preventive healthcare services, and guide parents on child health and nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Examine, diagnose, and treat infants, children, and adolescents.
- Monitor patients’ growth, development, and vaccination schedules.
- Provide preventive healthcare and routine pediatric check-ups.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic childhood illnesses.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans as required.
- Counsel parents/guardians regarding nutrition, hygiene, immunization, and child development.
- Handle pediatric emergencies and provide immediate medical care when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
- Coordinate with nurses, specialists, and healthcare staff for patient management.
- Ensure adherence to medical protocols, safety standards, and ethical practices.

Required Qualifications:





- MBBS with MD in Pediatrics from a recognized institution.
- Valid Medical Council Registration.
- Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.

- Emergency handling and decision-making skills
- Team coordination and leadership abilities

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in hospitals, child care clinics, NICU/PICU, or telemedicine services.
- Experience in community health programs and pediatric camps will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions:

- May require rotational shifts, emergency duties, and weekend availability.
- Ability to handle high patient volume in OPD/IPD settings.

Salary:

As per company standards and experience.
