Introduction:

ACENZO LLP is seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Architects with 3-5 years

of experience, specializing in hospital projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in architectural design, with proficiency in Revit. As a Mid-Level Architect,

you will play a key role in contributing to the planning and design of healthcare

facilities, ensuring innovative solutions that meet the unique challenges of hospital environments.

Responsibilities:

Project Development:

- Work collaboratively with project teams to develop and refine design concepts for healthcare projects, particularly hospitals.
- Utilize Revit to create detailed architectural drawings and models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Apply knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations, as well as healthcare industry standards, to ensure compliance in design solutions.
- Participate in code analysis and integrate findings into design development.

Design Coordination:

- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate various design elements into cohesive and functional healthcare facilities.
- Contribute to the coordination of architectural design with other project disciplines.

Client Interaction:

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
- Present design concepts and revisions to clients, incorporating feedback to enhance project outcomes.

Revit Proficiency:

- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in using Revit for architectural design and documentation.




- Train and assist team members in Revit best practices.

Quality Assurance:

- Conduct regular reviews of drawings and models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Construction Documentation:

- Contribute to the development of construction documents, specifications, and material selections.
- Work closely with the project team to address any design-related issues during the construction phase.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Proficient in Revit and other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of healthcare design standards, codes, and regulations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in all project phases, from concept design to construction documentation.
