Design high-speed schematics and drive end-to-end product development, from requirement analysis to board bring-up and mass production.

Hands-on experience with ARM processors, FPGAs, and microcontrollers from vendors such as Xilinx, NXP, and Microchip.

Strong expertise in high-speed interfaces , including:

PCIe

DDR4

1G/10G Optical & Ethernet

USB 3.0

MIPI

Valuable understanding of low-speed interfaces such as SPI, I²C, and UART.

Experience in modern communication and networking projects is an added advantage.

Ability to guide the PCB layout team by reviewing stack-ups, layouts, and SI/PI simulation results.

Collaborate effectively with mechanical and cross-functional engineering teams.

Independently own technical deliverables while ensuring high-quality product development.

Prepare engineering documentation, including specifications,



bring-up plans, testing procedures, and validation reports.

Hands-on experience with Digital Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and Function Generators.

Knowledge of Spectrum Analyzers and SMD soldering is an added advantage.

Strong expertise in PCB bring-up, debugging, and mentoring junior engineers during hardware validation.
