Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to assist businesses in arranging corporate loans, project finance, working capital, and government subsidy schemes. The candidate will coordinate with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and clients to ensure smooth processing and timely loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle corporate loan and project finance cases.

Guide clients regarding suitable loan and subsidy schemes.

Prepare and review financial documents, CMA reports, DPRs, and loan applications.

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and government authorities for loan approvals.

Follow up on documentation, sanction, and disbursement.

Maintain solid relationships with financial institutions and clients.

Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.

Achieve business targets for loan disbursement and client acquisition.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of corporate loans, project finance,



MSME loans, and government subsidy schemes.

Experience in loan documentation and financial analysis.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office.

Ability to manage multiple client cases and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

MBA (Finance), CA (Inter), M.Com, B.Com, or equivalent.

3– 7 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, NBFC, or financial consultancy.
