Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities in the US market.The ideal candidate should have experience selling US Staffing, Commercial Cleaning, Payroll, or B2B Services and be confident in identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads in the US market.
- Prospect companies through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google, AI tools, and other lead generation platforms.
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Schedule meetings with HR Managers, Facility Managers, Property Managers, and Business Owners.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills





- 1–5+ years of experience in US B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in US Staffing/Commercial Cleaning/Facility Management/Payroll, or related services is preferred.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, GoHighLevel (GHL), CRM tools, or AI-based lead generation is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
