About GIRAH Care

GIRAH Care is building India's leading on-demand healthcare platform, connecting patients with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, caregivers, diagnostic services, pharmacy delivery, and home healthcare professionals.

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting people and expanding our presence across Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit apartments, gated communities, and residential associations
- Build relationships with apartment management committees
- Meet hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and physiotherapy clinics
- Introduce GIRAH Care services to healthcare providers
- Generate customer and referral leads
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Conduct promotional campaigns and awareness activities
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing materials
- Maintain daily visit reports using our CRM
- Follow up with prospects until partnerships are established

Daily Targets





- Visit 20 businesses/apartments
- Meet at least 10 decision makers
- Generate 10 qualified leads
- Schedule 2 follow-up meetings
- Submit daily activity report

Required Qualifications

- Graduate preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil
- Basic English communication
- Friendly and confident personality
- Strong negotiation skills

- Valid Driving License
- Smartphone
- Willing to travel throughout Chennai
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
