Electronics Warehouse Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of electronic products.
- Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Verify incoming electronic components and finished goods for quantity, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive electronic items, including adherence to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection procedures.
- Plan and prioritize workloads to meet customer delivery schedules and production requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and shipping issues.
- Enforce warehouse safety policies, housekeeping standards (5S), and company procedures.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, logistics, and transportation teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Train,



mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel to improve performance and compliance.
- Prepare warehouse reports, including inventory status, productivity, and KPI performance.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, minimize errors, and improve customer satisfaction.
