Job Overview

Jayair System Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support the Quotation Department. The candidate will be responsible for accurately preparing, updating, and maintaining quotation data and ensuring timely documentation for sales and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and enter quotation details into the system with high accuracy
- Assist in creating and formatting client quotations and proposals
- Maintain records of pricing, materials, and project details
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for required information
- Update and manage databases, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Verify data for errors and ensure accuracy before submission




- Maintain proper filing of digital and physical documents
- Support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements

- Graduate in any field (Commerce preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry or back-office work (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
