Siru Thuli Peru Vellam is looking for experienced Field Executives to manage customer relationships and provide doorstep service for our chit fund members. The role involves visiting customers, collecting chit instalments, assisting with enquiries, and ensuring timely service.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit customers to collect monthly chit instalments.
- Issue payment receipts after collection.
- Explain chit fund schemes and assist customers with their queries.
- Support new customer enrolment by collecting the required documents.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers.
- Submit daily collection details and records to the office.
- Ensure safe handling and timely deposit of collected funds as per company procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
