Job Title: Hair StylistIndustry: Salon / Beauty & WellnessJob Summary:

Responsible for providing professional hair care services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, and consultations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, and hair setting services
- Perform hair coloring, highlighting, smoothening, keratin, rebonding, and other hair treatments
- Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care products based on client needs
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional advice
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of workstations and tools
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
- Assist in achieving salon service and retail sales targets

Skills Required:

- Expertise in hair cutting, styling,



and hair treatments
- Knowledge of hair coloring techniques and chemical services
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive time management and teamwork skills

Qualification & Experience:

- Certification or Diploma in Hair Styling / Cosmetology is preferred
- 2–5 years of experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon or beauty studio

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with premium salons, luxury beauty brands, or unisex salons
- Knowledge of international hair styling trends and premium hair care products

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
