Qualifications

Education: Graduate from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 2 to 5 Years of experience in MEP Design Projects.

Responsibilities

In depth knowledge on Electrical Designing. Understanding of sizing & Various applications such as Distribution system involving, Substations, Transformers, HV/LV Switchgear Panels, lightning Arresters, Protection System, PCC, MCC, Diesel Generators etc. including protection & relay coordination, short circuit study & Voltage drop calculations on cables, bus ducts by conventional method & also by software. Lighting requirement calculations conventional & by special software such as Dialux, etc. using AutoCAD Drawing. Earthing Calculations for electrical system & for Lighting protection.

- Preparation of technical specifications, data sheets, schedules, material take off & BOQ for all above.
- Sizing of support system.
- Understanding of design standards & local codes.
- Load analysis for structural loading or slab strengthening.
- Prepare head load/Electrical load list indicating critical loads, MD calculations & single line diagrams/HVAC Schematics.
- Prepare DBR & Concept design reports for MEP System.
- Design & Prepare circuitries & layout for large Power, small power, lighting, Ducting layout, Diffuser layout, FAPA, Sprinklers, Plumbing etc.
- Coordinating MEP System.




- Review technical submittals & Provide comments as necessary on time.
- Preparing RCP Layouts
- Attend necessary design meetings with the client.
- Carryout necessary site visits for addressing any design/ Co-ordination issues.
- Witness testing & Commissioning of MEP System.
- Identify quality issues & prepare site quality reports.
- Prepare & maintain all the records of design & development.
- Check all the as fitted layouts & documents.
- Prepare final list of sign off on Project closure reports.
- Participating in key meetings & workshops of the project where needed.
- Report to the higher management on regular basis on project status & updates.
- Keep Project on track with timely observations & documentations.
- Interact with the client/client representative for project design aspects on day-to-day basis.
- Develop healthy skilled relationships with other project team members such as Architects, PMC’s MEP Designers, Cost Consultants, Contractors.
- Help in developing & Documenting case studies for the project.

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
