We are currently looking for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in PTC Creo and Windchill PLM to join our growing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed structural and manufacturing drawings using PTC Creo.
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D models and engineering drawings.
- Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) for manufacturing and procurement.
- Collaborate with design engineers, production teams, and project managers throughout the product development lifecycle—from concept through production release.
- Design and detail components, assemblies, and fabricated products involving steel and sheet metal structures.
- Maintain engineering documentation within Windchill PLM.
- Support engineering change requests (ECR/ECO) by updating drawings and product documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with company and customer drafting standards.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to resolve design and production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in mechanical product design.




- Strong proficiency in PTC Creo (Essential).
- Hands-on experience with Windchill PLM (Essential).
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and mechanical drafting standards.
- Experience creating production drawings and BOMs.
- Ability to interpret customer specifications and manufacturing requirements.
- Solid analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage:

- Sheet metal design
- Structural steel fabrication
- Laser cutting
- CNC bending
- Welding processes
- Stainless steel fabrication and assembly
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes
