About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AI Assistant – Dashboard & Data Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining business dashboards, managing data, preparing reports, and supporting business operations using AI-powered tools. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with data, analytics, and modern productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update business dashboards to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collect, organize, and manage data from multiple business sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and business documentation.
- Analyze business data and present actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate information.
- Monitor dashboard performance and resolve data-related issues.
- Support business operations through effective data management and reporting.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Data Management, MIS, Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
