Key Responsibilities:

- Understand manpower requirements FOR SALES PROFILE/ Blue collar hiring ONLY
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule panel interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads to define job roles and selection criteria.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain and update talent acquisition dashboards and reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for sales roles.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams for workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.
- Represent the company in job fairs, campus hiring drives, and industry networking events.

Requirements:

- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment,



preferably in bulk sales hiring .
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
- Good understanding of labor market trends, especially in manufacturing roles.
